The purpose of this post is to gauge how much interest

\ndevelop standards related to “strong” AI (Artificial
\nIntelligence), where the the word “strong”, here, refers
\nto the direct simulation, preferably using existing
\nSemantic Web technologies (such as OWL, RIF etc.), of
\nhuman cognitive functions, such as perception, learning,
