In practice, the W3C Forum has not been used very much, and the staff makes announcements via the <a href=\"\/community\/council\/\">Community Council blog<\/a>. Therefore, we are making this blog historical.<\/p>\n<p>Those who wish to build support for a new idea are encouraged to <a href=\"\/community\/groups\/propose_cg\/\">propose a Community Group<\/a> (or Business Group), which is announced via a post on the <a href=\"\/community\/\">main Community Group blog<\/a>. People are encouraged to provide feedback in the form of comments to those blog posts.<\/p>\n<p>Questions?
