- change id: SC2-2-1-meta refresh -> SC2-2-1-meta-refresh
- typo in outcome tables: identifiers & testcase: SC2-2-1-meta_refresh ->SC2-2-1-meta-refresh-inapplicable and SC2-2-1-meta_refresh-failed -> SC2-2-1-meta-refresh-failed
- Is there a way to have a pass outcome for this test because currently it never gets passed.
