This community is an extension of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2011\/audio\/wiki\/\" title=\"W3C Audio Working Group Wiki\">W3C Audio Working Group<\/a> aiming to provide developers with a space where we can exchange, learn and help each others.<\/p>\n<p>This group will not be working on standard specifications &#8211; instead, whenever possible we will try and gather our input and give it to the Working Group, where specifications such as the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/webaudio\/\" title=\"Web Audio API specification\">Web Audio API<\/a> and Web MIDI API will continue to be developed.<\/p>\n<p>We expect that a lot of the activity of the community group will happen on the <a href=\"http:\/\/lists.w3.org\/Archives\/Public\/public-audio-dev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">mailing-list<\/a> (public-audio-dev@w3.org), to which you will automatically be subscribed upon joining the group. <\/p>\n<p>Usual (n)etiquette rules apply in this group. In particular, you want to make sure to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/Search\/Mail\/Public\/search?type-index=public-audio-dev&amp;index-type=t&amp;keywords=&amp;search=Search\">search the Mailing-list archives<\/a> for answer before asking a question &#8211; thus saving everyone time and energy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to the Web Audio Developers Community Group.
