The Spatial Data on the Web Working Group is a collaboration between the Open Geospatial Consortium and W3C. Now nearing the end of its charter, W3C's Data Strategist, Phil Archer, will reflect on the work done, why it was and remains important, what has gone well and what maybe hasn't gone so well. The talk will include a look ahead to the continuing collaboration between the two standards bodies.

The talk is part of the celebrations to mark the 10th Anniversary of the Dutch geospatial standards body, Geonovum, that has been instrumental in the success of the working group.
