RIF WG announces schedule for CORE WD

After an intense three-day face to face meeting hosted by the Mitre Corporation in McLean, VA, the RIF WG finalized its plan to release the first working draft of the technical spec for the RIF CORE by the end of March, 2007. The spec will be released with preliminary syntaxes presented in graphical form (as UML diagrams), a linear and human-readable form, and an XML form, as well as a semantics for a positive Horn language.
