They are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/2004\/WD-i18n-html-tech-char-20040509\/\">Characters and Encodings 1.0<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/2004\/WD-i18n-html-tech-lang-20040509\/\">Specifying\tthe language of content 1.0<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/2004\/WD-i18n-html-tech-bidi-20040509\/\">Handling Bidirectional Text 1.0<\/a>. These new documents have been separated out from what was previously a single document and updated.
