Viewing Aggregated Annotations

As a reader, I want to aggregate of annotation into a single view of the document.
Expansion:
- I want to view annotations from multiple sources at the same time on a single document.
- I want the aggregate view of these annotations to be used to express an entirely new view of the document ("rolled up" copy-editing annotations).
