In short: be device independent and export your semantics as
much as you can.

- Make conformance to accessibility (for content, authoting tool,
viewer, part of the conformance section for all new XML
language specification.

- Related-Resource Discovery: how to find the semantics ?
- Should WAI provide the architecture or just provide requirements ?
