Initial Set of "A11y" Bugs which Were Determined Not to Have the "A11yTF" Keyword Applied to Them

In January 2009 the task force decided not to apply the "a11ytf" keyword to the following bugs. This does not mean the TF has no interest in them, but we do not have immediate plans to work on them. The TF may review these bugs in the future. In Bugzilla they are tagged with the "a11y" keyword only.

Table Headers

These bugs directly relate to HTML Issue 20. That issue is now closed. The headers algorithm in HTML5 adopted all proposed improvements with respect the headers="" attribute. Testing issues have been taken up by the Testing Task Force Bug in 7260.
