• this talks about " prerecorded audio content in synchronized media,.." this language was carefully crafted so that it covered ' Audio and text ' and also covered 'audio and interaction'. For example, audio that says 'do this now' and the person must act at that time (or close) in order to achieve that action would also be covered by this SC. Any time "when" you do something changes the result it is time based interaction and audio plus time based interaction would be covered by this provision.

• "synchronized media" was a big change that was part of the "multimedia extrication project". 1.2.2 only matters if the media offered need to be synchronized to understand the content. This avoids the issue of no one knowing what multimedia is.
