Technique is removed until needed edits are made. Not a priority because advisory technique due to lack of AT support. When editing, need to remove references to UA behaviour that isn't automatic with ARIA.
Propose removing this technique from the Techniques document as aria-valuemin and aria-valuemax are not currently supported - and would not be supported in the manner described in this technique (validating input).
