[Joshue]: Reply from Shadi on 22nd Sept - Eval TF analyzed several sections of the WCAG 2.0 documents, we also did not find clear guidance that requires uniform AT support for web pages in their entirety. In particular, there was a debate on how to interpret example #4 of "Accessibility Support Statements"[4].
