Shawn 7 June:

  • I made some changes (like adding links to charter and archives, fixing heading levels, using W3C terminology for TF facilitators) that I think are non-controversial - however, happy to discuss if there are any issues.
  • I marked up some potential deletions for review and discussion.
  • I'd like to briefly talk about the objectives, including:
    • I think we might want the first 3 bullets from the previous one
    • I think we don't want the documentation as an objective this time around

Sharron: They are not noncontroversial since they remove the reference to the plan made at the face to face and introduce UCD that was not introduced or discussed during the planning. We should discuss during tomorrow's meeting. Thanks

Anna Belle, 21 June:

  • From the F2F, where possible, the methodology needs to be based on user-based measurables / metrics. Initially we plan to use analytics, but even that is not finalized, since it's unclear how the tool the W3C offers can meet our needs.
  • I'm unclear on members. I think maybe we have two categories -- "members" being regulars who participate in most of the weekly calls and "participants" (?) being people who participate in the calls and related activities on an as-needed basis, e.g. Susan with analytics.
