WAI Accessibility Reporting Form

This is a reporting tool enabling user review and comment on Web site accessibility; automated output of review comments and recommendations to the owner of a Web site; and automated storage of review data for monitoring and comparison of review activities over time.

The tool implements insights gained from the "User Review Campaign" activity described under WP05, D4. The reporting tool is available as available at <http://www.w3.org/WAI/Report>.
