- Is the “tooltip attribute” for HTML is just @title, or is there a full tooltip computation? If there's a computation, where is it documented?
Is an aria-describedby pointing to a role=tooltip a tooltip attribute? It's already covered elsewhere in the computation.

Unfortunately, there is no normative requirement in browsers that they must render a tooltip. Consequently, it is undefined and we cannot answer this.
