The reason for the latter, as I stated in that message, is that I do not believe we approved the changes to aria-busy. However, those changes struck me as relevant and needed as part of the addition of the feed role.
As a result of my wanting to be sure the group is also fine with the aria-busy changes, I'm keeping this action open for now but setting its state to pending review.
