Note: On iOS, the binary version would be equivalent to UIAccessibilityTraitPlaysSound.

We need more clarification of the use case.

Primary use case is so that screen readers don't talk over the media that plays... So you don't hear "pressed Play button" over the start of your podcast (or even Captcha audio... DON'T START!).
