We have some locally developed tools: a man2html and info2html made by
Mark van Wijk (markvw@win.tue.nl, but he may not be reading his email
very often).

Mark claimed to have the only man2html that doesn't call troff, which enables
him to provide more intelligent hyperlinking; his interface also provides a
batch mode, so pages can be requested on demand, but their creation is started
in a batch job.  This is useful when you want to provide the bulk of the HTML
in a crontab running overnight, but at the same time allow people to create
additional translated manpages on demand.
