HTMLXport is a Quark extension that converts to HTML, but you can't export an entire document if you have multiple text boxes that are not linked. To address this issue, there's a great program (for Mac and Windows) called TextTracter from Vision's Edge. This will export everything in a document. Both of these products, when used together, offer a great solution, I've found. They are available from Quark Xchange.
