Markdown slide editor for b6+

This web application creates slides for the b6+ slide framework from content written in Markdown.

The Markdown tab shows an editor for editing slides using Markdown syntax. LaTeX math ($…$ and $$…$$) is also supported, thanks to Temml.
The Preview tab shows the slides as they will look in HTML and with the given style.
The Help tab shows this text.
Click the Add a slide… button to add a new slide at the end. The button shows a menu with common types of slides.
Click Change style sheet to change the URL of the slide style.
Click Play to start presenting the slides.
Click Save to file to save the current state of the editor to a local file. Use this if you want to continue editing later: Just open the saved file in a browser.
Click Import Markdown to replace the text in the editor with the contents of a file. This will show a dialog to select a file.
Click Export Markdown to save a copy of the current text in the editor to a local file. The style sheet is not saved.
Click Export HTML to generate a slide deck and save it in a local file.

Apart from the usual Markdown syntax, this editor knows about slides, speaker notes, div elements and address elements, delimited by 3 or more colons:

If you nest these, outer elements need more colons (:) then inner ones:
