• Fix HTTP-1.0
  • Vanity addresses
  • Caching bugs
  • Persistent connections
• Should be minimum set of deliverables for HTTP 1.1
• Add MUX layer as soon as possible
  • otherwise I expect persistent connections will not succeed in the market
• Encourage deployment of caching servers at ISP’s
• Fix economic bugs in Internet traffic
• Deploy and enable RED algorithm in routers, to help fairness problem
