5 Preparation approach

  • No need to prepare a lot of new slide material: summarize the outcome described in the M24 report, or maybe even only and in the final report. If your WP has 45 min make around 25 slides. For a WP that has 30 min (=WP5) make around 20 slides.

NOTE: We will have a 1/2 day review preparation 25 February. Please arrive at the venue by 25 February 1 p.m. We will start the telco with external partners 2 p.m. CET. on 26 February the gotomeeting bridge will be open the whole day.

The executive summary from DFKI will cover contributions from partners not attending the review.

  • Start: 9:15.
  • Confirm agenda, introductions by review team and reviewers. Self introduction by project members.
  • 9:30: Executive Summary + WP1 to be presented by Felix Sasaki (DFKI)
  • 10:15: WP2. Summary to be presented by Dave Lewis (TCD)
