Forbidden URLs - Please advise!

I've just started getting some forbidden URLs when I attempt to access
some documents from the info.cern.ch welcome page; however, when I attempt
to access these same links from another place, I get in OK. It appears
that I've been singled out and I'd appreciate an explanation and what I
can do to get back in the good graces of CERN/W3.ORG.

I really believe in the World-Wide Web and I believe I'm a valuable asset
to the global community. Although I host a sex, drugs, and rock & roll
page, I also host some really good artists. Recently, I've decided to
concentrate on putting the things I believe in on the Web - solar energy,
wind power, hemp products, hydroponic gardening, alternative fuels,
working from home, the arts - things I believe, if implemented globally,
would make the world a better place.

Thanks for your time and help in this matter. I understand that ostracism
is a very effective method of community control, and if I've done anything
wrong, I'd like to correct the situation immediately.
