We are Acorn Computer Developers here in the UK working on a CD for launch in May this year, one portion of which will act as a guide to new users to Communications and the Internet etc.
We intend to include on the CD a virtual Web so that users will be able to
explore the type of the material that they are likely to find on the Web before
they go out and invest in a Modem and Comms package.
We would like to include a selection of pages from the cern site on the CD and to do this we need access to the original HTML files from yourselves and any other sites that are linked into your Web pages.
Would it be possible for you to supply us with a compilation of the necessary html and gif files for a good selection of your pages please?
As you may not be aware the Acorn Community is quite large in the UK and Acorn are the major Educational Computer Suppliers in the UK so we hope that you will want to be included on the CD.
