access to interactive via www

I am sending this independent of the WWW because everything I attempt to
enter there bounces back and my attempts to access interactive channels
via the web also are rejected just as quickly, with the message "..unable
to access..." Is it possible that my institution or even my terminal
has somehow been disabled? I was able to get access until yesterday.
As of today nothing in the Web works, and I get immediately spit out as
soon as I request Interactive.
