May I ask on error code 403 ?
I was trying to connect to www server by Websurfer and
can't be connected.
followings are the indicated message at the time.
Error 403
Forbidden- by rule
CERN httpd 3.0
Could you please tell me on the meaning of Error 403 ,
the possible cause and the hints on trouble shooting.
