Using Agora to FTP from CERN, I repeatedly get the following error:

WWW Alert: Fatal Error 500 Can't Access Document
ftp://info.cern.ch/pub/www/doc/ url-spec.txt
Reason: FTP-server replies
Reason: System call `connect' failed: Connection refused

Any suggestions would be most appreciated! Regards,
