I try to subscribe to WIT, but I get the error message:

ERROR: Couldn4t create password entry
htadm: Error: Unable to create temporary file "/afs/w3.org/hypertext/WWW/Discussion/Admin/passwd.tmp"

I4m doing somthing wrong ??
