ISSUE-2270: Define rendering of patterns with overflow=visible

pattern_overflow

Define rendering of patterns with overflow=visible

State:
RAISED
Product:
SVG 2
Raised by:
Erik Dahlström
Opened on:
2009-05-12
Description:
Raised in response to http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-svg/2009Apr/0088.html (ACTION-2529).

The rendering of patterns that have overflow="visible" set is undefined.

Commenter suggests to use the painters algorithm, but if we do we need to define exactly how the pattern is applied. From where does it start? How does it progress?
