Description Sandy Gao 2005-09-14 15:23:54 UTC
The Schema for Schemas and the Rec should be consistent wrt where annotations
are allowed. The Schema for Schemas permits an annotation on any
element/attribute element, but the Rec is missing annotation information for
some schema component definitions.

See the following:

as well as an earlier posting with an example:

Resolved at the July 2000 f2f to:
- add a clarification to the errata doc indicating that annotations get lost in
this situation
- integrate this case of lost annotations into RQ-130
