Thumb images should look something like they do on Wikipedia and other MediaWiki sites.

For example, this:

[[File:foo.jpg|thumb|Foo image caption|alt=Foo image description]]

... should produce something that looks like the thumb images on this page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat#Vocalizations

Stating the obvious: not rules are matched for .thumb and .thumbinner.
