Description Michael[tm] Smith 2012-10-27 03:28:28 UTC
Several datetime examples have fractional-second parts longer than three digits:

http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/text-level-semantics.html#attr-time-datetime

But the spec requires the fractional-second part to be "One, two, or three digits":

http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/common-microsyntaxes.html#valid-time-string

Checked in as WHATWG revision r7565.
