D3E defines "MediaTrackNext" and "MediaTrackPrevious". However, IE9 uses "MeditaNextTrack" and "MediaPreviousTrack".

I'm not sure native English speakers feel better. So, I don't know if D3E should change the key names for IE9 or not.

Fixed in the latest version of the spec: r240
