SSA/AS6 is the only format that cares about multiple lines ("collision handling"). Needs a testcase at least. Clearly we need to support overlapping cues, the research found several examples of this that I wouldn't say were particularly exotic. We will definitely need test cases for all of this, but that's a separate issue than the spec.
