    <thetext>The fact that less than 0.75% of blockquotes in the MAMA study [1] have a cite attribute suggest that most authors don&apos;t see the need either. (Or that they&apos;re using blockquote for the margins, or that they&apos;ve never heard of the cite attribute.)
