    <thetext>Although there is no strong use case for using a reporting tool such as the W3C mobileOK Checker in a mobile environment, we should still try to move forward towards mobile-friendliness, partly as an &quot;eat your own dogfood&quot; exercice, and partly because it could prove useful in the future.

First step towards mobile-friendliness is to ensure that content flows correctly on mobile devices. This can be done with a mobile-specific stylesheet, as is the case on the redesigned version of the W3C Web site.</thetext>

    <thetext>The same kind of code as on the W3C Website is being used to address a minimal stylesheet to &quot;handheld&quot; devices.

IE6 receives the minimal stylesheet as well, not to have to work around lack of support for alpha transparency for PNG images for instance.
