Status: Partially Accepted
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: The spec changed to clarify the meaning of &quot;Empty&quot;. The types of string values are available now. The types of the files aren&apos;t, though. I have plans to fix this in a future version (see recent discussion on the WHATWG list), but I think we should wait until the spec is implemented more reliably before adding more here.</thetext>
