    <thetext>Tests fn-matches-35, -36, and -37 have the expected-error element labelled spec-version=&quot;1.0&quot; but in fact the tests are equally applicable to XQuery 1.1. Generally if an expected result is given for one spec version, then another result should be present for the other spec version.

I will fix this by removing the spec-version attribute, which is present only because of a copy-and-paste error.</thetext>
