"In particular, using the style attribute to hide and show content, or to convey meaning that is otherwise not included in the document, is non-conforming. I can add more, though, if you think that would be helpful. This does not mean the TF has no interest in it, but does not have immediate plans to work on it. The TF may review the issue in the future.
