Change Description: no spec change
Rationale:

document.html isn&apos;t necessary, since document.documentElement already returns that.

We might want to do document.head one day, but the use cases for it aren&apos;t so compelling that we should add it now. Best to wait until the implementations of the new APIs have caught up with the spec.

(There&apos;s no inset box because the APIs in question currently don&apos;t exist.)</thetext>
