readonly attribute long width; readonly attribute long height; void clear();
void captureEvents(in long eventFlags); void releaseEvents(in long
eventFlags); void routeEvent(in nsIDOMEvent evt); boolean
execCommandShowHelp(in DOMString commandID); DOMString queryCommandText(in
DOMString commandID); [ms]

Rationale:

document.width and .height belong in CSSOM if anywhere.

Added document.clear().

captureEvents(), releaseEvents(), and routeEvent() belong in DOM Events if anywhere.

document.execCommandShowHelp() is not supported everywhere, doesn&apos;t do the same thing where supported, and doesn&apos;t seem to do anything useful in any case. So I don&apos;t think speccing it would be useful. It&apos;s not clear that it is needed for interop.

document.queryCommandText() only seems to work in IE. It&apos;s not clear that it is needed for interop.</thetext>
