<thetext>In our review of WS-Eventing our development team really likes the
idea and usefulness of the Event Description document. So much so
that they see some usefulness for it outside of the immediate scope
of WS-Eventing. To allow for a more easy and broader adoption they
would like to see the Event Description section (A.1) pulled out
into a separate document/spec. This will allow people to more
easily reference and reuse these concepts without having to worry
about implementing, or compliance, with the rest of WS-Eventing.

Proposal:
Create a new spec (WS-EventDescriptions) based on sections A.1/A.1.1.
Replace WS-Eventing's section A.1/A.1.1 with a pointer to the new spec.
Section A.1.2, which is WS-Eventing specific, would remain in WS-Eventing.</thetext>
