    <thetext>The status popup lists lists tests -- but these are often hosted at personal URLs.  Ideally, these should be hosted at the w3c; at a minimum, they should be archived in case the original URLs cease to work.</thetext>

    <thetext>I&apos;m not sure how the hg repository helps with data that was never *in* the repository.

For example, Section 3.3 claims to have 10 tests.  When I ask to view them, the first URL is

http://ms2ger.freehostia.com/tests/html5/apis-in-html-documents/Element.getAttribute-01.html

I think it should be stored at a location under the control of the w3c or whatwg, to minimize the risk of  bitrot.
