For example, Section 3.3 claims to have 10 tests. When I ask to view them, the first URL is http://ms2ger.freehostia.com/tests/html5/apis-in-html-documents/Element.getAttribute-01.html I think it should be stored at a location under the control of the w3c or whatwg, to minimize the risk of bitrot. -jJ
