    <thetext>In the algorithm of normalizeMonth, reference is made to &quot;the upper limit from the table&quot;, but there is no table.

Fix:  In the algorithm, replace each occurrence of &quot;the upper limit from the table&quot; by &quot;·daysInMonth·(yr, mo)&quot;.
