Suitable text explaining the dated/undated practice should be both in the text and in an annotation in the schema document. Text may be copied from the corresponding bits of xml.xsd (http://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd). When things are ready, the staff contact will be responsible for installing things at their destinations.
