<thetext>The wse:SubscribeResponse message includes the mandatory wse:SubscriptionManager EPR. This EPR must be used for subsequent Renew and Cancel (and Pause?) operations. However, there is no discussion on how to determine which policies should be applied to the messages that are sent to the Subscription Manager EPR (e.g. should they be signed, if so, how?). One could assume that the policies that were advertised for the Subscription Endpoint carry over to the Subscription Manager endpoint, but it is not clear whether this is a safe assumption to make considering that the two EPRs could reference different systems, etc.

Strawman Proposal: recommend the use of WS-PAEPR to include policy within the Subscription Manager EPR.</thetext>
