    <thetext>http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/obsolete-features.html does not say what should happen when there is no body element at all for the (obsolete) attributes on HTMLDocument. Presumably they should just return the empty string.</thetext>

    <thetext>Related to this, &quot;reflect&quot; assumes there is a content attribute already and e.g. does not create a new one when none exists. That should happen though, except in this case as there would be no element at all.</thetext>
