We need to provide a mechanism to ensure Ahem gets appropriately installed on the browser/system under test. Also, I have added "The Ahem font can be obtained at http://dev.w3.org/CSS/fonts/ahem/" to the Vista/XP instructions. Not sure it's in the best place.
