may reflect a problem in the editorial production system; the editors

    <thetext>Comment #1 (suggested by me) was incorrect. I was looking at an outdated local copy which was produced before the &quot;override&quot; proposal was adopted.

Also removed the mention of &quot;override&quot; from the summary.</thetext>

by the XML Schema WG on 5 September 2008.
